Shipping Policy

Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Processing time Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Pre-order items will be dispatched on or around the date stated on the product page.

Delivery We ship via Royal Mail. Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days. Please allow a little extra time during busy periods such as the Christmas season.

Shipping costs Standard/Express shipping is charged at checkout. Orders over £50 qualify for free standard shipping.

Order tracking Depending on the service selected, you may receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
